SKS Platform Fees

The KWITU SKS Bereavement Portal is powered by cloud computing resources and an advanced Artificial Intelligence framework to help run the bereavement process seamlessly for all our members.

KWITU SKS Software Operations, Support, and Maintenance are powered by NuDawn Tech.

All SKS members are required to pay a yearly software access fee to use the SKS portal.

Annual Software Access Fee: $39.99

New members who join during the year will be charged a pro-rated fee covering their access through December 31st of the current year. The full $39.99 will apply for renewals starting every January.

Billing Terms

Your subscription begins on the date of payment and grants portal access through December 31st
The amount charged is pro-rated based on your join date
All memberships will renew on January 1st at the full yearly rate of $39.99

Dispute Policy

For any billing concerns, please email us at [email protected] before filing a dispute with your bank
Filing a bank dispute without contacting support will result in:
- Immediate account deactivation
- A $15 dispute resolution fee charged by Stripe. This must be paid before your SKS account reactivation
Disputes do not remove liability for SKS claim-related invoices

By proceeding, you:

Authorize your credit/debit card to be charged for the pro-rated or annual SKS platform fee
Understand that this fee is mandatory for access to the SKS portal
Confirm that your registration information is accurate
Agree to resolve billing issues directly via [email protected]
